30 g Parsley leaves

Elaboration
Combine the parsley leaves and neutral oil in a blender. Blend until the oil turns bright green and reaches 65 ºC, it will heat up due to friction. Strain the mixture through a sieve lined with a paper towel. Do this in the refrigerator to prevent oxidation and preserve its vibrant green color.
