Few experiences shape us as profoundly as our childhood, and I am no exception. I grew up in a household where food was a cornerstone of our lives. We spent countless hours in the kitchen, baking bread in the wood oven or coming together as a family to prepare traditional Christmas and Easter sweets, among other things.

Food has always been a means for me to connect with others, to evoke emotions, to cherish memories, to indulge in simple pleasures, and to find solace from the world’s complexities. If asked why I chose to become a chef, I would undoubtedly say that my childhood experiences instilled in me a desire to share the passions, serenity, love, joy, and tranquility that only food can offer.

Through my culinary creations, I aspire to transmit the essence of those cherished moments – the serenity, the love, the joy, and the tranquility that only food can offer.
